Chia Seed Protein Pudding
YUM! A macro-friendly dessert that's actually a perfectly balanced snack or dessert.


WHAT YOU NEED:
• 2 cups (470ml) plant milk
• 1⁄2 cup (80g) chia seeds
• 1⁄4 cup (30g) vanilla whey
• 1⁄2 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1⁄4 teaspoon cinnamon
• fresh fruit, for topping
WHAT YOU NEED TO DO:
In a bowl, combine together all ingredients except your fruit for toppings. Place in the
fridge and mix after 15 and 30 minutes. Pour mixture into serving jars or glasses and
place in the refrigerator for at least another 3 1/2 hours or overnight. Top with fresh fruit
and serve.
