Your nutrition plan is specific to you. Coaching and accountability will be the key to your success. Depending on your goals we will put together a plan that fits your needs and lifestyle. So whether you're training for an event or simply looking to lose weight or improve your current nutrition situation, your coach will develop a plan specific to your needs.
Lifestyle + Habit Changes
In order to get better at something you need to practice and the same goes for your health and wellness. Depending on where you are in your journey we will choose specific lifestyle changes and connect these changes to habits so that eventually you don't have to think about and just do it.
Weekly Coaching Call
Each week you'll get on a call with your coach to review your week and work through any obstacles you might be hitting. If something needs to be adjusted, this is the time to talk to your coach.
Personalized training Program
In addition to your nutrition coach you will also be assigned a Rebel programming coach. As a team they will work with you to put a complete program together that matches your goals.
Here's how it works
Schedule a call with a coaching advisor. During this initial consult we will determine whether Rebel Living coaching is for you. Use this time to ask questions, prioritize your goals and learn about our process.
Become a Rebel. Join the Rebel tribe and begin the on-boarding process. We will send you an initial questionnaire, based on your answers, we’ll assign a coach who we think will work best for your habits, personality, lifestyle, and goals.
Meet your coach.
Once you've been matched with your coach the two of you will get on a consult call/video conference to go over your goals, lifestyle habits and strategize the perfect blueprint to fit your lifestyle.
You'll have 24/7 support and accountability right at your hands so you're never left hanging. PLUS, you'll be part of our members-only Rebel Living group where you can share your challenges and successes, offer and receive support.
You'll also have access to our app where you can message your coach, check-off daily habits, access training programs and record your progress.
