The Rebel Living MacroShred Program focuses on performance and body composition. We've developed an intro program specifically tailored for Barrier Island's Elements clients. This 4 week program will introduce you to proper fueling and recovery specific to the Crossfit athlete looking to reach their highest potential.
Here's how it works:
During your first Elements class you will meet with a nutrition expert to create a simple and sustainable plan
Receive a complete body fat and muscle quality analysis
Transform your health with the ongoing support and accountability of your nutrition coach.
This is a 4 week program to jumpstart your journey. If at the end of your 1 month trial you want to continue the program and continue seeing positive results you can join our full
one-on-one program and continue working with your nutrition coach.
Here's how it works
1. After you sign-up you'll answer a few simple questions so that we can get to know you better.
2. Your coach will review your information and meet with you to conduct a body fat analysis and muscle quality scan. Once this step is complete they will assign your daily macronutrient (protein, carbohydrate, and fat) goals, keeping your lifestyle and objectives in mind. You'll work one-on-one with your Nutrition Coach who will guide you through your week. Your coach will check in weekly with you throughout your plan to make sure you're staying on track.
You'll have 24/7 support and accountability right at your hands so you're never left hanging. PLUS, you'll be part of our members-only Rebel Living Nutrition group where you can share your challenges and successes, offer and receive support.
